Defending against arson charges

Arson cases can be messy and complicated, on top of this, they are usually not clear cut. Evidence in these cases can be circumstantial and demonstrating guilt is what the prosecution will try to do. We will be with you at all stages of your cases, defending your rights.

Our own investigation can determine the causes of the fire, we can interview witnesses and other investigators, analyze the insurance contract and report, as well as analyze the structure of what was damaged. Our firm can also interview experts and dedicate time and resources to establishing facts.

Our firm is dedicated to providing a strong defense for those charged. We have an aggressive team and years of trial and courtroom experience. Shaun Kent is a member of both the American Board of Criminal Lawyers and the American Board of Trial Advocates.
